Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
The quickest way to start is the request form on this site. Tell us which Dacor appliance is giving trouble, where it is installed and what it is doing. We read each request, ask follow-up questions when we need them and propose a visit window that suits your schedule.
Hours
We take requests and schedule visits Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday is closed. A request sent outside those hours will be picked up when the next working day begins.
What to have ready
You do not need to know the cause. A short, accurate description is enough, and the following items make the first conversation shorter.
- The appliance type: refrigerator, wall oven, range, cooktop, hood, dishwasher or another from the appliance guides.
- The model number, if you can find it. The guide to finding a Dacor model number lists the usual places to look.
- Any code on the display, written down exactly as shown. Our error code library may already explain it.
- What the appliance did, when it started and whether anything changed beforehand, such as a power outage or a recent move.
- Access notes: stairs, an elevator, a gate or garage code, a doorman or street parking limits.
Safe checks before the visit
These take a few minutes and never require tools. Check the breaker and any GFCI outlet, make sure a gas valve is open on a gas appliance, close the door or drawer firmly, clean a removable filter and clear any grille or drain screen. If the unit is dead, one controlled power reset at the breaker is reasonable. Do not open panels or touch gas fittings.
If you smell gas, leave the home, avoid switches and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. If you notice a burning smell or sparks, turn the appliance off at the breaker.
What happens next
After you send a request we confirm the appliance and the address area, then agree on a visit window. At the visit the technician diagnoses first and gives you a written estimate. Nothing is repaired until you approve it. The full sequence is described in the frequently asked questions.
Where we go
We serve San Francisco and the wider Bay Area, including the peninsula, Marin, the East Bay and the wine counties to the north. The locations directory lists every area. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, send the request and mention the neighborhood or ZIP code.
Not sure what to ask for?
Start with the symptom. The common problems index groups typical complaints by appliance and links to troubleshooting articles. When you recognize your situation, return here and send the request with what you learned.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
Service areas are listed on the Locations page. Contact us with your ZIP code to confirm current coverage for your address.
